A very positive experience. My rating would be 4.5 if that were a choice. As expressed to Mr. Margolin, my only issue was not being fully informed initially that it is the client's responsibility for proof reading any and all documentation. By nature I am very thorough with these matters, but expressed my recommendation to inform future clients upon being retained.
